Overview
ITS has a videoconferencing room in a classroom configuration. This room is in the Stadium, Room 308. To get there, enter Gate 7, and go to the third floor. This room seats 20.

This room can be used to conduct a videoconference. It has three cameras, microphones for the students, a switcher to move images among the cameras, two plasma screens, and a VGA port for your laptop. Note, presenters need to bring their own computers to the room.

What You'll Need

• To schedule a videoconference you should have information on a technical contact for the other site(s). There is a charge for using this room. You will need to have a form of payment such as ACARD or speedtype available.
