Join an NCTA 30-hour professional seminar in your area, offered by the NCTA National Coordinating Site at the Program for Teaching East Asia or one of its partners. Seminars planned for the 2009-2010 academic year are detailed below. All seminars are tentative, so please check back in mid-November 2009 for more information.

• NCTA Seminar for Thompson Valley-area teachers. December 16 - March 6, 2010. Seminar Leader: Jaye Zola. Registration is open until December 15th, 2009. Click here for application.

• NCTA Seminar for Boulder-area teachers. December 9 - Febuary 13th, with two follow-up meetings in fall 2010. Seminar leader: Marco de Martino. Registration is open until December 3rd, 2009. Click here for application.

• NCTA Hybrid Seminar for Grand Junction area teachers (Residential/Online). January 9 - April 24, 2010. Seminar Leader: Jon Zeljo and Jaye Zola. This seminar consists of 15 hours of face-to-face instruction in the Grand Junction; 15 hours of online instruction and discussion through Moodle course management system during January, February, and March; and 3 hours of face-to-face follow-up on April 24. • IA Statewide NCTA Seminar. Iowa will hold its next statewide seminar in Summer 2010, information and application will be available in late winter 2010. Please revisit this website after January 1, 2010 for information, or contact the Iowa NCTA Partner Site at the University of Iowa.
