Major in History 2011-2012
The History department reserves the right to change major requirements at any time. The following requirements took effect beginning summer term 2009. You are subject to the requirements in effect at the time you declare your major as an Arts & Sciences degree seeking student. In addition to the general requirements of the College of Arts and Sciences, history students must complete 42 credit hours in history courses with grades of C- (1.7) or better. Of those 42 credit hours, 24 must be fulfilled with upper-division courses.
