Major in Geography 2011-2012
The Geography department reserves the right to change major requirements at any time. Please check with the Geography department or the CU Boulder catalog for the most current listing of requirements. You are subject to the requirements in effect at the time you declare your major as an Arts & Sciences degree seeking student.
In addition to the general requirements of the College of Arts and Sciences, Geography majors must complete a minimum of 36 credit hours of course work in Geography with a C- or better (22 hours must be upper-division).
No pass/fail grades are allowed in the Geography major.
Transfer students majoring in Geography must complete at least 12 credit hours of upper-division Geography courses at CU-Boulder.
Courses required for a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography at CU-Boulder and Colorado Community College applicable courses.
