Major in Anthropology 2011-2012
The Anthropology department reserves the right to change major requirements at any time. Please check with the Anthropology department or the CU Boulder catalog for the most current listing of requirements. You are subject to the requirements in effect at the time you declare your major as an Arts & Sciences degree seeking student.
Students must complete the general requirements of the College of Arts and Sciences and the required courses listed below. A minimum of 30 credit hours in Anthropology, 18 of which must be upper-division, is required for the degree.
Courses required for a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology at CU-Boulder and Colorado Community College applicable courses.

Additional Major Requirements: Students pursuing a degree in Anthropology must also take 9 credit hours of electives in ANTH courses (6 credit hours must be at the upper-division level). (Students planning to pursue graduate work in Anthropology are advised to take ANTH 4000.) |
