Professor Darna Dufour, Associate Dean for Faculty and Administrative Affairs, works with the College on faculty recruitment; faculty leaves including leave without pay, parental and sick leaves, and sabbaticals; and the background check process. She is liaison to the Arts and Sciences Council and the Vice Chancellor's Diversity Committee, and represents the Dean on various ad-hoc and standing committees at the Dean's request. She also is in charge of the administrative functions for the Academic Advising Center and the Residential Academic Programs managed in Baker, Farrand, Kittredge, Libby, and Sewall Halls; as well as handling both the Honors and the Miramontes Arts and Sciences Programs. She is a full professor in the Department of Anthropology.
