The 2009 summer session memo will be downloaded as a PDF File. This memo contains information about term start/end dates, as well as pay scales for grad students. The 2009 memo will come out in early spring.

- Term A (5 weeks) - June 1-July 2

NOTE: Letters of offer must come over the first time already signed by the chair and the instructor, with any necessary background checks completed. Information regarding the background check process and requirements can be found here. Dean Nishikawa will review and sign them, then Meredith will send them back to your department (with a copy to HR).
