Early Modern Europe, Assistant Professor, tenure-track.
The History Department at the University of Colorado at Boulder seeks a tenure-track assistant professor in Early Modern Europe starting August 2008. Candidates in all specializations are welcome to apply, although the Department is particularly interested in scholars whose focus is on continental Europe. The department also has a commitment to transnational studies. Qualified applicants will have a Ph.D. in History by the time of appointment, will be able to teach survey, upper division and graduate courses, and will demonstrate potential for quality scholarship and evidence of effective teaching.
