Woolongong folks get more than their share of non-standard times but, in my view, they should have thought about that when they located
their continent in such an out-of-the-mainstream time zone.
Please check my clock arithmetic.  Best 'guess' right now is we will add -1 (i.e. go to standard time)
at the end of October, when, I gather each of you changes also.
I have suggested allocating 2 hours to our first and our final three-way video events.
