My project entails aiding a local not-for-profit organization to provide therapeutic recreational therapy to local citizens with cognitive, developmental, physical and health related needs. In addition to engaging and supporting the clients directly, I seek to ensure the sustainability of similar roles by co-facilitating an overhaul of the organization's volunteer program.
