Vendor Hall Hours, Reception

The vendor area will open at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9 and close at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. A special Vendor Hall reception will take place on Thursday, November 10, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Booth Fees

Booth rental (with 8 foot skirted table with chair) is $200.00 before 9/26/05 & $225.00 after 9/26/05.

Equipment rental fees:
VCR/TV $25.00
Monitor $30.00

Vendor Presentations

A vendor presentation area with Internet, lcd projector & screen will be available in the Vendor Hall. Vendors and organizations will have the opportunity to conduct 30 minute demonstrations & presentations from Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Thursday. This schedule will be published in the conference packet and on the Web at a future date.

Literature Distribution

Vendors & organizations can have their literature distributed in our conference packets. The charge for this service is $90 which will be distributed in approximately 175 conference packets. Send 175 copies of your materials to Disability Services to the address below by October 15:
