Transportation and Accommodations Transportation to the CU-Boulder Campus: The University Memorial Center (UMC) on the Boulder campus is a five minute drive from the Broker Inn. You can ride the Buff Bus free to and from the UMC. Pick up the Buff Bus on 30th street, between the Broker Inn and the Williams Village Dorm. The bus runs between every 5 and 20 minutes, depending on the time of day. Driving to Campus: For directions to campus, see http://www.colorado.edu/visit/directions.html Parking
on Campus: You can park at the Euclid Autopark and pay hourly rates when you exit
or purchase a daily validation sticker for $7 at the conference check-in desk.
Note: the Euclid Autopark can fill up later in the afternoon.

block of rooms has been reserved at the Boulder Broker Inn from November 5-9,
2002. The conference room rate is
$93 for a single or double room and includes a hot buffet breakfast.
You must mention that you are requesting a room for the “Assistive
Technology Conference” in order to receive the discounted room rate.

reservations. The cut-off date for
the guaranteed conference rate is October 1, 2002. Airport Shuttle Service & Driving Instructions Shuttle
Service from Denver International Airport (DIA) to Broker Inn Boulder: Shuttle
service is available to and from DIA via the Super Shuttle Boulder for $19
each way. The shuttle leaves
hourly, 7:10 a.m. to 11:10 p.m. from the west wing of DIA.
Reservations are not required from DIA.
The shuttle leaves hourly from the Broker Inn from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Reservations are required. Call Super Shuttle at 303-444-0808.
Directions
from DIA to Broker Inn Boulder (555 30th Street):
From DIA, follow Pena
Boulevard (10 miles) south to I-70, and exit onto I-70 west. Follow I-70 west
to I-270 west. I-270 merges into U.S. 36 west and takes you west into Boulder
(about 23 miles). Take
Baseline exit off U.S. 36 and turn right (east) onto Baseline.
Go one block to 30th Street, turn right. The Boulder Broker Inn is on
the right hand side of 30th Street across from the CU dorms. |
