Hotel Information

Note: Conference Rate Cut-Off is October 14

Last year we moved the conference to the Westin Hotel, a 4 star venue in Westminster, Colorado, about 15 miles south east of Boulder, about 13 miles from downtown Denver and 30.5 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA). It offers 30,000 square feet of meeting space at an affordable room rate. The conference will again take place at the Westin Hotel in 2010.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Westin Hotel for the week of November 15th, 2010. The conference room rates are $125 for single and $135 for a double and includes free Internet Access and a $10 coupon towards breakfast or any meal in the hotel restaurant. This rate is only available until Oct. 14. If booking by phone you must mention that you are requesting a room for the CU Accessing Higher Ground Conference in order to receive the discounted room rate.
