Accommodations and Other Information

Accommodations: Boulder Broker Inn

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Boulder Broker Inn from November 10-14, 2003. The conference room rate is $93 for a single or double room and includes a hot buffet breakfast. You must mention that you are requesting a room for the Assistive Technology Conference in order to receive the discounted room rate. Contact the Broker directly at 800-338-5407 or 303-444-3330 for reservations. The cut-off date for the guaranteed conference rate is October 10, 2003.

Vendor Hall

The vendor area will open at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday and close at 9:00 on Friday. A special Vendor Hall reception will take place on Thursday, November 13, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.

Register Early, Conference Space is Limited

The conference is limited to 150 attendees. The pre-conference hands-on workshops are limited to 22 participants each.

Location

All pre-conference and conference workshops and the keynote breakfast take place on the CU-Boulder Campus at the University Memorial Center (UMC) on Euclid Drive.
