Reading a Document containing Multiple Languages

This document contains Text written in English, Spanish, German, French, and Italian. The purpose intent is to demonstrate hhow JFW Scripting Language can be used to query the MS Word Object Model in ways other than just getting fonts or point size information.

To set this up, select the individual lines of text which were written in a particular language, then from the Tools menu, choose Set Language. In that dialog, assign the appropriate Language for the selected text. This information is now saved in the Documentís Object Model in the same manner as font, attributes, and point size.

The following table shows several software synthesizers and their multilingual support.
