Trip Planning Informtion Denver International Airport is 40 miles from Boulder (1 hr) and can be reached by public transportation (SuperShuttle, $18 one way, 1 hr.) or public transportation (RTD, $8, 1.5 hrs.). Buses leave hourly. All major car rental agencies are at DIA. The 'typical' hotel to visit BioServe is across the street at the Ramada Inn (formerly the Holiday Inn) (NOT Holiday Inn Express). There is a large number of hotels in close vicinity as well as in the mountains. While a little old funky, it's a pretty building and you can't beat the location or price. The RTD bus to/from the airport stops within 200 yards of this hotel. The Briar Rose is a homey bed and breakfast that feels like a New England Inn. Has only 9 rooms, a living room, no bar (but bring your own) and a big cookie jar of yummy cookies. Breakfast is healthy (Boulder style). Its about a half-mile from the campus. The Clarion has a big hotel swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, exercise room, about two-three blocks from campus. The Holiday Inn (now owned by Ramada Inn) is 5 blocks from campus. Kids are free.
